These tabs are compressed versions of the traditional pH Decreaser, sodium bisulfate. They are smaller than the standard 1”, but 1 tab per 250 gallons will lower the pH by 0.1-0.2 units. While these tabs don’t effervesce when placed in the spa filter compartment with jets operating, they will dissolve in just a few minutes.
