Double thick layers of Super Soft® vinyl coated foam work together with an internal steel frame that provides years of durability.

A heavy grommet ring on the back tab can be used to tie-off to a floating beverage tray and keep your favorite close by or to tie-off to a dock or boat to keep from floating away
